Long Beach is a member of Neighborhood Watch, and a sponsor of National Night Out. To report non emergency infractions, such as trespassing or loud parties, call the Sheriff at 410-535-2800. For emergency use, dial 911.

LBCA along with the Calvert Beach Civic Association and Flag Harbor Yacht Haven contribute toward private security in the community.  For questions concerning community security, please email info@longbeachmd.org.

The lower gate to the north beach is locked NIGHTLY from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.  Any vehicles left on the beach after 10:00 p.m. will remain until 7:00 a.m. the following morning.  Any vehicles not displaying the appropriate Long Beach parking pass may be towed at the owners expense.

A Gate Guard will verify road fees are paid for north beach access from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seasonally.  Please  ensure you have your pass in your vehicle and present it to the gate guard for access.  Parking passes must be displayed on vehicle dashboards while vehicles are parked in Long Beach parking areas.  Access will not be granted to residents who have not paid their road fees.

Illegal roads vehicles will be reported and monitored by the Calvert County Sheriff's Office.
